01About this policy
This policy explains the privacy choices and limitations that apply when you visit www.halofun.site, connect a Solana wallet, launch or trade a token, post in a project community, use the AI studio or contact us. “HaloFun,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the HaloFun interface. Contact details are published on the website.
The interface is noncustodial. We do not hold your private keys or control your wallet. You authorize and submit blockchain transactions through your wallet. Pump.fun’s programs, bonding curves and PumpSwap pools may hold assets involved in those transactions; HaloFun does not.
02Information covered by this policy
The information covered depends on how you use HaloFun. Public wallet and blockchain data may be personal information when linked to an identifiable person.
- Public wallet addresses, transaction signatures, token balances, trades, bonding-curve progress, graduation and creator-fee distributions.
- Token names, tickers, descriptions, images, banners and links you submit. Uploaded and AI-generated images are stored with Supabase (our database and storage provider) and, with the token metadata, are intended for public display.
- Community posts, replies and likes you publish on a project page, together with the wallet address that signed in to publish them.
- Ideas you type into the AI studio and the names, descriptions and artwork it drafts for you. Drafts are sent to the AI provider to be generated and are private until you choose to use them.
- Your email address and the contents of support or privacy requests you send us.
03Sources of information
Information comes from you, a wallet you choose to connect and public Solana records. Browsing the landing page, the token directory and project pages does not require a wallet connection. When you connect a wallet, the interface requests only the public key you authorize it to access; signing in to post or to use the AI studio asks your wallet for a message signature, never a transaction.
04Public blockchain records
Solana is a public network. Wallet addresses, transactions, token activity, bonding-curve state and creator-fee payments may be permanently accessible through validators, explorers, Pump.fun and other independent services.
We cannot edit, reverse or delete public blockchain records. Disconnecting your wallet, clearing a watchlist or submitting a privacy request does not remove on-chain history. Avoid including personal information in public token metadata, community posts or transactions.
05Fees and transaction information
Launches and trades happen on Pump.fun’s programs, which charge their own protocol and creator fees on each trade and a graduation fee when a bonding curve fills. HaloFun locks a split of the creator fee at launch: 70% to the wallets the creator names and 30% to HaloFun. Network fees are paid by your wallet. Review the launch review and the wallet confirmation before signing.
Fees are collected by the relevant on-chain programs. Public transaction records can reveal amounts and recipients. We do not collect payment-card details through the launch, trading or community interface.
06Retention
Support and privacy requests are retained only as needed to respond, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Community posts stay published until you delete them or we remove them under the Terms of Use. Unused AI studio drafts expire and are removed from storage. Public blockchain history may persist indefinitely.
Removing public token content or a post does not remove copies held by other people, caches or independent services.
07Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information held off-chain; object to or restrict certain uses; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Send requests through the contact details published on the website with enough information to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity or authority using proportionate means, but will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. We cannot change public blockchain records and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
- Browse public pages without connecting a wallet.
- Disconnect your wallet, manage its permissions and clear local storage.
- Delete your own community posts from the project page.
- Avoid publishing personal information in token names, descriptions, images, links or posts.
08United States disclosures
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on your state and whether its law applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, and appeal a denied request.
Send requests through the contact details published on the website. The public interface does not ask you to submit sensitive identity information to browse, launch, trade or post. Public content you voluntarily publish may nevertheless contain personal or sensitive information.
09Children
HaloFun is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can consider appropriate action for records under our control.
10Policy changes
We update this policy as the interface or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version, and earlier versions are superseded by it. We communicate material changes through the interface or another appropriate channel.
