These Terms of Use govern access to www.halofun.site and its token discovery, launch, trading, community, creator-report and AI studio features. “HaloFun,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the interface. Contact details are published on the website.
Using the interface means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the interface. The Privacy Policy explains your privacy choices and the limits of privacy on a public blockchain.
02Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the services in your location. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use, token launches and transactions, including applicable sanctions and restrictions.
Do not use the interface where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. Availability of a page or token does not mean that a transaction is permitted in your jurisdiction.
03The interface and your wallet
HaloFun provides an interface to public Solana data and to Pump.fun’s on-chain programs. We do not hold your wallet’s private keys, custody your assets or sign transactions for you. You decide whether to approve each wallet request. Pump.fun’s bonding curves and PumpSwap pools hold the assets you commit to them; HaloFun does not.
You are responsible for wallet security and for checking the network, token mint, recipient, amount, fees, slippage and other transaction details before signing. A connected wallet is not an instruction to transfer assets. We will never request your recovery phrase or private key.
04Token and blockchain risks
Tokens are speculative and highly volatile. You may lose the entire amount committed. Liquidity may be limited or unavailable, and a displayed price or market capitalization is not an amount you can necessarily realize.
Risks include malicious creators or links, impersonation, program defects, compromised wallets, network failures, congestion, price movement and transaction ordering. Transactions can be irreversible. Graduation to PumpSwap or a fixed supply does not guarantee safety, value or returns.
Token discovery, community activity and creator reports are not an endorsement, verification of a creator, independent audit or recommendation. HaloFun does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Make your own assessment and obtain advice suited to your circumstances when needed.
05Quotes, execution and fees
Displayed market data may lag the blockchain or be unavailable. Quotes and simulations are estimates, not guarantees of execution or final outcome. Review the final wallet request and your chosen slippage limit.
Launches and trades run on Pump.fun’s programs, which set and collect their own trade fees and graduation fee; those terms belong to Pump.fun and may change. HaloFun locks a split of the creator fee at launch: 70% to the wallets the creator names and 30% to HaloFun. The split is set once and cannot be changed afterwards. Network fees are paid by your wallet. Use the launch review and the quote shown before signing.
Network fees can be incurred even when a transaction fails. HaloFun cannot reverse an executed blockchain transaction or refund fees collected by the network or by independent programs. This does not limit remedies or rights that applicable law requires.
06Responsibilities of token creators
You are responsible for the token identity, content, claims, fee recipients and share allocations you submit. Confirm these carefully; the creator-fee split is fixed at launch. Name and ticker checks are a courtesy among launches made here, do not stop a duplicate elsewhere and do not establish trademark ownership or legal clearance.
Do not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, promise guaranteed returns, conceal material risks, manipulate trading or use a token for fraud or unlawful fundraising. Determine and satisfy any legal obligations associated with issuing, promoting or distributing your token.
Creator fees depend on actual trading activity and on Pump.fun’s program rules. There is no guaranteed revenue. Distribution is permissionless; recipients are responsible for their own legal and tax obligations.
07Gift-card rewards
Some coins are launched with a reward service. For those coins the creator's share of the Pump.fun creator fee funds a pool for the coin's holders, credited in US cents and redeemable only for that service's gift cards. Reward credit is a promotional credit: it is not money, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash or tokens, and may be zero. HaloFun does not forecast or guarantee earnings, and a reward service does not mean any subscription is covered.
Gift cards are purchased through CryptoRefills and the card issuer's terms apply. Many cards work only with service accounts registered in one country (for example "US accounts only"); you choose your account's region and confirm it matches. HaloFun is not affiliated with the service brands.

08Community posts
Every project page has a community. Posting, replying and liking require a wallet sign-in by message signature; posts are published under your wallet address and are visible to everyone. You are responsible for what you post.
We may remove posts, hide a project page from discovery or restrict a wallet that breaks these terms, without notice. Removal from HaloFun does not remove the token, its market or copies held elsewhere.
09AI studio
The AI studio drafts names, tickers, descriptions and artwork from an idea you give it. Drafts are generated by a third-party model, may be inaccurate, generic or similar to existing work, and are offered as suggestions only. Review every draft before you use it; you are responsible for what you launch.
Generation is subject to usage limits and may be unavailable. Drafts you do not use expire. The AI studio never fills in fee recipients, an initial purchase or a signature on your behalf.
10Content and intellectual property
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You must have the permissions needed to publish token names, images, descriptions, links and posts. Do not upload confidential information, private keys, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.
To provide the service, you grant HaloFun a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, display and distribute submitted content through the interface and its image hosting. This license is limited to operating and maintaining the service and public token records. It does not transfer ownership of your content.
Public and on-chain content may be copied by independent services and may not be removable. Report suspected infringement or impersonation to us with the affected URL, token mint and supporting information. Nothing here restricts honest reviews or lawful criticism of HaloFun.
11Prohibited conduct
Do not use the interface to harm others or interfere with the service.
- Do not commit fraud, impersonation, market manipulation, theft or other unlawful activity.
- Do not publish malware, phishing links, stolen information or material you have no right to distribute.
- Do not harass other people, spam a community or post content that is unlawful where you or they are.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the operation of the interface.
- Do not deceive users about the token, its creator, its backing, its risks or affiliation with HaloFun, Pump.fun or another organization.
12Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the interface and information are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free data, successful transactions or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be unavailable during incidents or maintenance, and Pump.fun’s programs are operated by a third party we do not control.
No statement here excludes warranties, duties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. We make no promise about a token’s value, performance, legality or future liquidity.
13Liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HaloFun is not responsible for losses caused by your wallet credentials being compromised, transactions you authorize, creator misconduct, other users’ posts, market movement or network or third-party program failures beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14Taxes and records
You are responsible for determining, reporting and paying taxes that apply to your token launches, trades, holdings and creator fees. Keep your own transaction records. Interface summaries and market data are not tax advice or a substitute for complete records.
15Questions and disputes
Contact us with a description of the issue and relevant public transaction information. Do not send private keys or recovery phrases. We will consider requests relating to services under our control; we cannot reverse blockchain history.
These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, do not waive class claims and do not select an exclusive court or governing jurisdiction. The rights and procedures available to you under the law that applies where you live are preserved in full.
16Changes and contact
The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version. We communicate material changes through the interface or another appropriate channel and obtain any consent the law requires. Changes cannot retrospectively alter executed blockchain transactions.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact details are published on the website.
