Gift card redemption terms
How HaloFun credits (competition prizes, and holder rewards from before competitions) are claimed as gift cards: what credit is, what a card costs, regions, delivery and what happens when something goes wrong.
1. What credits are
1.1 Some HaloFun coins run a holder competition. Their prize vaults are funded from the Pump.fun creator fee (for a coin with a gift-card service, the creator's share; for the HaloFun coin, 20%), paid to HaloFun's rewards wallet. Winners receive credits in US cents. Credits that holders received before competitions started (earlier holder rewards) are kept and follow these terms.
1.2 Credits are a promotional credit. Credits won on the HaloFun coin can be spent on any gift card HaloFun offers; credits won on any other coin only on the gift cards HaloFun offers for that coin's service. They are not money, not a deposit, not a security, not transferable between wallets or coins, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash or tokens.
1.3 Prizes depend on trading. A vault may fill slowly or never; HaloFun does not forecast or guarantee any prize, any round length or any win. A gift-card service does not mean a subscription is or will be covered.
2. How credits are won
2.1 Credits are won in rounds. A wallet competes while its holdings are worth at least $20 and earns points for each 4-hour period it holds (10, 15 or 20 by streak length, ×1.2 for the 3 largest holders). A sale or transfer out restarts the streak, and leaves the wallet out of the competition with its points cleared if less than $20 remains. When the coin's prize vault reaches its target, the 3 wallets with the most points win. HaloFun detects sales from Pump.fun and PumpSwap transactions and from balance checks about every 15 minutes; movements entirely between two checks may not be detected. Program-owned accounts and HaloFun's own wallets never compete.
2.2 Credit belongs to the wallet that held the tokens. Claiming requires signing in to HaloFun with that wallet.
2.3 HaloFun may exclude wallets or reverse allocations that result from errors, exploits, or activity designed to game the competition, and applies per-wallet and global limits. Using many wallets to evade limits is not allowed.
3. Pricing and exchange rates
3.1 1 credit is $1.00 of gift-card face value. A card in US dollars uses credits equal to its face value; HaloFun covers any provider fees.
3.2 A card in another currency uses credits equal to its face value converted to US dollars at the day's reference exchange rate, rounded up to the next cent. The rate is fixed when you place the order.
3.3 Before you press Redeem, HaloFun shows the card, its region, its face value, the credits it uses and your balance after. If the credits needed change before the order is placed, nothing is used and the new figure is shown for you to accept. HaloFun never uses more credits than the figure you accepted.
3.4 Credits from different coins are never combined: each order is paid from one coin's credits, which you choose. Credits from the HaloFun coin buy any card HaloFun offers; a service coin's credits buy only that service's cards.
4. Account region
4.1 Many cards work only on accounts registered in a specific country. Cards marked "US accounts only" work only with US-registered service accounts.
4.2 You must select the region your service account is registered in and confirm the card region matches it. HaloFun does not check your account and does not treat your location or IP address as proof of compatibility. A card redeemed against an account in another region may be unusable; that is not a delivery failure.
4.3 HaloFun never substitutes a card for a different region.
5. Provider, delivery and unavailable cards
5.1 Gift cards are purchased from Bitrefill on HaloFun's behalf. The card issuer's terms govern the card's use, expiry and region.
5.2 Delivery is usually quick but can be delayed by the provider, the issuer or the network. A card may be out of stock or withdrawn at any time; if so, nothing is reserved or your reserved credit is released. Not every service has cards available in every region, and some have none available right now.
6. Code confidentiality
6.1 Codes are shown only inside HaloFun, to the wallet that claimed them, after a fresh wallet signature. HaloFun notifications say only "Your gift card is ready" with a link to HaloFun; they never contain the code. HaloFun never asks for your email. Codes are stored encrypted.
6.2 Keep your code confidential. Anyone with the code can use it. HaloFun cannot replace a code that was disclosed, lost after reveal, or redeemed by someone else. "Mark as redeemed" in HaloFun is a personal label only; it does not tell the issuer anything.
7. Limits and pauses
7.1 HaloFun applies per-claim, per-wallet daily and global daily limits, may rate limit claims, and may pause new claims at any time (for example during an incident or a provider outage). A pause never removes credit and never blocks viewing cards already delivered. Large prizes may take many days to spend within the daily limits. Credits do not expire.
8. Refunds, compensation and support
8.1 Once you place an order, its credits are held for it. If the order cannot be completed (for example the card is out of stock), the held credits are returned to your balance and the order shows why.
8.2 Most orders arrive within minutes. If a code has not arrived 24 hours after you placed the order, contact support@halofun.site with the order ID shown on the order. Delivered cards are not refundable.
8.3 HaloFun's liability is limited to restoring the credit used for the affected claim.
9. Brands and affiliation
9.1 Service names and logos belong to their owners. HaloFun is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any service brand or by Bitrefill except as a customer.
10. Privacy
10.1 To fulfil a claim HaloFun stores your wallet address, the coin, the card, the region you selected, the quote, payment and order references, the encrypted code, and access records (time, hashed IP and user agent; never the code). HaloFun shares with Bitrefill only what the order needs.
11. Changes
11.1 HaloFun may change these terms for future claims; a claim already confirmed follows the terms shown when it was confirmed.
